1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Zarauza mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Zarauza is operated by Zarauza, a registered sole proprietorship based in Pakistan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Description of Service
Zarauza is a free agricultural marketplace that allows users in Pakistan to post and browse listings for livestock, machinery, seeds, produce, and other agricultural goods and services. The App does not facilitate payments or act as a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
- You may not create more than one account per person.
- You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- List stolen, illegal, or prohibited goods
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Use the App to spam or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the App without permission
- Post content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any applicable law
6. Listings & Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting a listing, you grant Zarauza a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the App. Listings automatically expire after 30 days. We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that violates these Terms without notice.
7. Transactions Between Users
Zarauza is a platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the quality of goods, or the identity of users beyond basic registration. You transact with other users entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to meet in a safe public place and inspect goods before completing any deal.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content belonging to Zarauza are the exclusive property of Zarauza. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or content on the App. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or from transactions conducted through it.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zarauza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform. You may terminate your account at any time through the App.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via a push notification or in-app message. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
